To stretch your biceps, start by standing up straight with your feet positioned hip-width apart. Then, bend your knees slightly and lift your arms straight out to either side at shoulder height. Next, slowly twist your wrists until your palms are facing behind you in order to feel your bicep muscles stretching. If you don’t feel the stretch, slowly push your arms back behind you until you feel a stretching sensation. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds as you focus on breathing deeply.
